It is one of the largest tango festivals in the US. So............ Jennifer and I are happy to announce that there will be another El Abrazo Trip to Buenos Aires! Come join us this June 16th through 24th, 2006 for a week of dancing, learning, dining, making friends, shopping and exploring in the mecca of Tango - Buenos Aires Argentina. We will share with you what we love about the city, take you to the teachers we most respect and have learned the most from, guide you to the milongas we actually go to ourselves, seat you amongst our friends, bring you to our local restaurants and to the stores we buy our own shoes and clothing at. This is not a trip for tourists, but for serious dancers who want to spend a week seeing Buenos Aires through our eyes and living like we do as tango addicts! We will work on the essentials that everyone needs to enjoy dancing in the milongas of Buenos Aires, such as connection, embrace, timing, sensitivity and sensuality. The evening classes will be with carefully-selected teachers rooted in different traditions who will expose you to a variety of ideas and techniques, and broaden your tango experience.
