Join us in Kansas City June 1-4 for something different, something
personal, something spectacular: The Stone Soup Tango Festival.
What is a Stone Soup tango festival?
• Its a gathering of amazing talent to share, create, and inspire;
• its a collaborative event including dancing, classes, food,
performances, music, and community building;
• its a different approach to tango gatherings that puts an emphasis
on connection and personal development;
• its about as much tango fun and you can cram into 4 days!
The Staff includes:
Stefan & Komala from El Corte, Holland,
Nick & Tara from Denver,
Carlos & Tova from Boston,
Robin & Shorey from NYC,
Ben & Thuy from Providence, and
Clay Nelson from Portland.
This is the most significant concentration of tango talent KC has
ever seen and we hope to attract good dancers from all around the
region!
we'll dance together (approximately 56 hours of tango activity)
we'll eat together (collaborative meals)
we'll play together (tango jams and dj explorations)
we'll learn together (ample opportunity for private lessons, as well
as group master classes).
Bring what you have, share what you know, together we'll create
something really tasty!
