For those who are contemplating visiting Kansas City for the upcoming Stone Soup Festival (June 1-4 http://www.ko-arts.com/soup.htm ) we've just confirmed that in addition to playing the Saturday night show and being apart of the tango jamming activities, Hector will offer a special musicality seminar for dancers over lunch on Saturday. This is a chance to get insight into tango music from someone who has lived it! Hector is among the best of the current generation of Bandoneon maestros ( http://hectordelcurto.com/ ) and he has graciously offered to share his insights with Stone Soup participants.

The workshop is included in the Saturday pricing - I'm told there is no such thing as free lunch, but free knowledge, sharing, and musical enrichment over a shared lunch? Well you have to come to Kansas City for that!

Come for the dancing.
Come for the learning/sharing.
Come for the music.
