JEAN Fung draws beginners into the fold during the class starting at 6:30 Dancing 7:30 til 11 or later if folks are demanding more! Dance from 6:30 in the separate back room if you wish. $10 includes the lesson.
Line-of-dance report: Most guests still pretty decent about this. Others are horse-whipped into better behavior. Doors open 5:30 for chatting & chewing plus drinking. Come early to eat outdoors, or in the café sinking into a soft sofa, or at the bar--as tangueros dance by. Food is reasonable and popular. Large open windows make for beautiful viewing as enchanted strollers appear to envy, then perhaps be drawn into, our beautiful dancing.
