It is common practice not just in BsAs but the world over, and of every type of building - residential (single and multi-family), office, industrial... to sell or lease space before construction is complete or even begun.

That is very common in Buenos Aires, specially right now with the increase of sales. I'm not telling people they are finished, I'm just telling them they are for sale. I don't understand the reason of your intrusion, but I'll appreciate if you can write to me personally next time unless you are sure we are doing something wrong and will like to inform the tango community about it. We got many inquires, some people very interested and the apartments are also listed in a local Realtor so, if people wait until the building is completed (like you are suggesting them to do) there will be no apartments available anymore. By now, people know we would never do something that's somehow not right.
