Dear Tangueros (men tango dancers),
For those of you who want to experience following in tango, Donna
Kleinman and Nancy Primmer are offering a 2-hour workshop on Saturday
afternoon, November 11 in Denver.
By learning to follow you acquire skills that will improve your
leading in a unique and powerful way. Through the 'lived experience'
of following, your body will naturally tune in and find many
subtleties and nuances that will enhance your lead. .Besides, it's
FUN too! And you may want to dance the woman's role at prácticas and
milongas to sharpen your skills and have fun.
When: Saturday, November 11, 2006
Time: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (NB: class will begin and end PROMPTLY)
Fee: $20.00
Location: 1515 Ogden St., unit #1 (this is just 2 blocks east of the
Turnverein and 1 block west of Downing!) In DENVER
Directions: From 16th, go south on Ogden 1/2 block. If you end up on
Colfax, you have gone too far. The space is
in a brick building on the west (left) side of Ogden. The driveway is
just past the last residential house (RED house).
Walk through the parking lot gate through the driveway to get to unit
1. Press the top buzzer (unit #1). Look for
street parking as you come south on Ogden. Do not park in the parking
lot by the building or any other nearby lots.
They will tow you.
