Dear Tango Friends; Registration for the Third Atlanta Tango Festival (March 29-April 1 2007) is in full swing. We already have people registering from all over the country.
The festival features Brigitta Winkler (Berlin, New York), Silvina Valz (Paris, Buenos Aires), Tomás Howlin (Montreal, Buenos Aires), Caroline Peattie and Christopher Nassopoulos (San Francisco), Robin Thomas and Jennifer Olson (New York, Portland), Robert Hauk (Portland) and Ramu Pyreddy (Ann Arbor) These are the latest news about the festival: HOTEL RESERVATION Unlike other festivals, we don't have a deadline for early registration but we do have it to obtain a hotel reservation at the cheapest possible rate. Two weeks from now, JANUARY 14TH, is the last day to make a reservation for the $79/night room rate. Please contact the hotel by calling 404-371 0204 and mention "tango event" when making your reservation. All the events swill take place at the Holiday Inn Select in downtown Decatur, One of the most dynamic neighborhoods in metro Atlanta.
