It has 2 bedrooms, and the living room is a decent sized practice space, with hard wood floors and a large ceiling to floor mirror where you can practice your tango 24 hours a day! There is a big eat in kitchen, and a balcony running the length of the apartment with spectacular views overlooking the city. It’s quiet being on the 9th floor. One room is the bedroom which has a double sized bed and the other bedroom has a small bed and also a mini office with DSL connection for those with their laptops. The place is warm, sunny, and clean. The apartment is very centrally located. It is close to all milongas with the subway 3 blocks away and many buses at your door. My neighborhood is safe and within 1 block of my apt, you will find several banks, Coto (the major supermarket), tons of buses, great Italian restaurants, the laundry mat, dry cleaners, health food stores and a movie rental store just downstairs.
