Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Luis Bianchi started dancing tango in 1994. In Buenos Aires, he taught at several milongas, including Salon Canning, La Catedral and La Divina, and performed with Bajofondo Tango Club, Tanghetto and at the tango house "Portena Mia." His tango work also took him to Brazil, North America and Europe. He has studied with many tango masters, including Geraldine Rojas and Javier Rodriguez, Osvaldo and Miguel Zotto, Chico Frumboli and Eugenia Parilla, Pablo Villaraza and Dana Frigoli.

Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Daniela Pucci (Stanford Ph.D. 2002) started dancing tango in 1999. She brings to the partnership over 20 years of classical piano and a background in science, which adds an analytical dimension to their teaching. She has studied with Valencia Batiuk, Melina Brufman and Mariela Franganillo.

Daniela and Luis' tango is best described as joyful and heartfelt. It was once said that, when they dance, sky and earth meet in the heart. Technically, their dance is characterized by fluid dynamics and blend of traditional and nuevo tango within the embrace. As instructors, they emphasize body awareness, improvisation and musicality; their goal is to help students communicate with each other with ease and creativity. Their partnership began in July 2006 with the show "Tango Historias," in Poland,. They have taught and performed in festivals such as Valentango (Portland, OR), Tango de los Muertos (Boston), NYC Tango Marathon and D.C. Tango Exchange, and in cities such as Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Warsaw and Krakow.
