full of music and music full of life.
A NYC debut for Luciano after a successful USA tour...
..with 14 others that involved master lessons, shows and performances
in US East Coast's Cornell University, James Madison University,
Berea College. Alfred Univ., etc Presentations are held with the Tami
Tango Trio and dancers, plus workshops and lessons in the US and
Canada tango communites and the Ashland Tango Fest, Portland.
Milonga candombe Several years ago inspired musicians lead by Juan
Carlos Caceres and including Sebastian Piana along with the dancer
Roxina Villegas began the exploration of the style called Milonga
Candombe. They introduced their work at the first CaMiCando festival
in 2005 with great success bringing back one of the oldest fusions
to life. It's popularity is shown by the joy on dancers faces all
over the world when the DJ plays a set of songs. Candombe’s history
goes in hand with the slave one from Rio de la Plata area.
