Her current activity is focused on teaching tango at schools and milongas in Rome, Italy, and she travel regularly in other Italian cities. She specializes in female technique and her teaching is centered on dancing with harmonious development in the milonga as a social space. Additionally, Julian Althabe from Buenos Aires, Paola's partner, will also be at the Festival to present an exhibition of Tango Art. Julian is an artist with a long history in the Visual Arts and for over ten years has channeled his inspiration in the theme to tango. The Full Festival pass includes ability to select from up to 20 classes. The four day festival held at the University of Chicago in the classic Hyde Park section of Chicago includes the ability to select from over 20 workshops. There will also be eight milongas (including the Saturday all night milonga, our Saturday Argentina night milonga with wine, empanadas, and fantastic performances, and our special Sunday morning "Eye Opener milonga").
