EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE POSTPONED To make it easier on your wallets and on our webpage managing, we have decided to keep the early registration prices until the day the festival starts. Once the first class starts, the prices at the door will be higher than the ones offered on line, and no credit card will be accepted at the door. These are the changes: All Access Pass: $175 advanced, $190 at the door Festival Pass: $150 advanced, $165 at the door Weekend Pass: $135 advanced, $150 at the door Milonga Pass: $65 advanced, $75 at the door Student Pass: $125 advanced, $135 at the door Hurry up and register now!!!! http://www.atlantatangofestival.com/passes.html GENDER BALANCE POLICY: At this time, registration for followers is still allowed without a leader, but we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE followers to register with a partner. Single followers' registration might be closed in the near future. No single followers' registration will be allowed "on site" for passes that include workshops. Followers must register with a leader not already registered for the Festival. MILONGAS WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT RESTRICTION HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE The hotel discount room block is filling up quickly, but we have convinced them to extend the deadline to April 1st.Discount price is $109/night single, double or triple occupancy. PRIVATE CLASSES SCHEDULE Every teacher participating in the Atlanta Tango Festival will be available to teach private classes during the time they will expend in Atlanta. The schedule of private classed will be coordinated by the Festival's organizers, in order to maximize the use of rooms and time. Priority will be given to All Access and Festival pass holders. Even if you have already contacted the teachers, please send a message to [email protected] with the details of your request. You will be contacted to confirm the time and date of your class. Once the festival has started, more classes can be added to the schedule, if there is time and space for it. A schedule will be posted outside every room to help dancers and teachers to schedule their classes. TEACHERS ARRIVING EARLY: Some of the teachers participating in the festival will arrive earlier in the week. That will give local dancers more opportunities to have private instruction with them, clearing the weekend schedule: Brigitta will arrive Monday April 12th Dan will arrive Wednesday April 14th Hsueh-tze will also arrive Wednesday April 14th The rest of the teachers will be here Thursday April 15th.
