ARTISTS: Pablo Rodriduez and Noelia Hurtado are fast becoming one of the most recognized tango couples worldwide for their signature style and unique combination of traditional and modern elements. They have been dancing together since 2003 in Buenos Aires, where them studied under the maestros of the Villa Urquiza salon style. Their original musicality and dynamic movements - especially adornments - quickly gained them recognition, and before long they were invited to perform at the most prestigious milongas in Buenos Aires, as well as to tour internationally. Their intensive investigations with the most famous milongueros, alongside modern 'nuevo' professors, has combined to give them a strong foundation in tango as a social dance. This, combined with adding elements of the new trends, and has helped them to blend the essence of the popular aspects of tango together with the richness of its evolving technique and structure.
