6th Annual Tangosutra Festival October 22-24, 2010 Washington DC


For the first time, a track of classes for musicians entitled "How to build
a sextet in your backyard" for those learning to play tango for social
dancing has been added to the festival.

Alessandro Busjle, Director of the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, and Alex
Krebs is committed to growing live tango music for social dancing. Track D
is designed to give musicians the 'tools' to form their own groups locally
and begin practicing, eventually performing. Additionally, there will be
rehearsals over the course of the weekend culminating with a concert led by
Alex Krebs. If you are interested in Track D and playing with the sextets,
