Milonga Impuls'iva 
is proud to announce the Bay Area Tour of professional tango artist Oscar
Caballero.

Many times awarded, Oscar Caballero together with his wife and partner
Roxana Garber is co-creator and Art Director of the Tango Times Dance
Company, Miami FLA . In December 2007 the City of Miami proclaimed Oscar &
Roxana “Distinguished Artists of the City of Miami”.

Starting as a professional dancer at the age of 17 in Buenos Aires, Mr.
Caballero danced at the Argentina Folk Ballet directed by Nora and Raul
Dinzelbacher and at the Ballet of Celia Queiró and Jorge Lance. In 1980 he
entered the Ballet Brandsen working with Antonio Tarragó Ros as
choreographer for the Proyecto Fronteras and Proyecto Naturaleza. Beginning
in 1990 he worked with Rodolfo Dinzel for the next 10 years dancing to the
Osvaldo Pugliese Orchestra and Mariano Mores Orchestra among others. During
this time he was professor of the Universidad del Tango de Buenos Aires,
Argentina. Historian of Tango and Argentine popular dances, Oscar as worked
with traditional greats of the BsAs tango including Lampaso, Anotio Todaro,
Petroleo, Jose Arena and Lavandina among others and has toured in Paraguay,
Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Aruba, Jamaica, Bahamas, Europe, Canada
and the U.S.A.

Nora Dinzelbacher has endorsed and lends the full measure of her support to
this Tour.
