Rodney, Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, the file managers I use (pcmanfm or thunar or rox) do not create pdf thumbnails (atleast I do not know how).
When I have the time, I will probably create my own set of icons and then post a link here with the complete theme just in case someone else is looking.
