It is first a dance. This is the primary quality. Then, after that, it is a social dance. That was what Igor tried to say. It is nice to hold a woman, feel her breathing and heart beating etc., but this is something secondary to a dance. You can feel the same things without ever moving at all. So these things may be pleasure, but this pleasure is derived from our mutual man-woman attraction, not the dance. The dance may intensify matter, but still, any nice mutual movement will do the same. So that is why it has nothing to do with tango dancing.
