I apologise in advance that this is off-topic, but I guess many people, like me, have received a message from the List Owner asking us not to include the whole of the previous message when replying. I think the operative word here is ... 'whole'. Surely a part of the message can be included otherwise some, like that below, make no sense at all, unless we scour through previous posts.
