Tim, This is very funny and I'm sure every man on this list knows exactly what you're talking about. What I like to tell beginner couples is that, probably for the only time in his life, the man gets to be the boss. He will decide what they dance and the lady will follow - she will do only what the man leads her to do. This always gets a laugh but I think it also gets the point across to the the couple - especially the ladies who like to 'help' the guy by back-leading.
