Before Nuevo ever came around, some knowledge-challenged people decided that was a good place to do their thing. If you don't know, that can seem reasonable.
Of course, it's not that at all. People in the ronda all-of-a-sudden found/find themselves being blind-sided from bodies coming out of nowhere. People dancing in the middle are ignorant, aggressive, rude people who inevitably bump respectful dancers who don't deserve it. Causing bad feelings.
