I've seen moves in workshops calling themselves "tango nuevo" that anyone else would call rock and roll e.g. partners swinging apart to the limit of arms' reach, connected by just hands, and then pulling back together again. This is the kind of thing that happens when a instructor finds a $$$ opportunity amongst students who don't know what tango is, but still will pay for more of it. If you say "this is all tango", then you rob the word tango of any useful meaning. -- Chris _______________________________________________ Tango-L mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/tango-l
