That the claim was fabricated - yes.

That the organiser thought this practice was good for business - no.

Or maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps it /is/ good for the business of selling 
classes. Classes are by definition marketed to those with less than 
average knowledge of tango, so perhaps this sufficiently reduces the 
likelyhood of an organiser's advertising being discovered to be false.
