Overall $131 for 10 YEARS worth of entry into BsAs is not much at all. Yeah,
it adds to the cost of going in, but not that much by American standards,
especially by someone who can afford the travel fare in the first place. For
corporations, it's not that much either. However, if Argentines have to pay
the same amount in US dollars, that is a lot for them, given the exchange rate.
