Hi Sharukh, Perhaps another criteria would be that there are dancers attending with whom you /aspire /to dance. It's always good watching someone you would like to dance with ( but haven't yet), noting his lead, the way he moves, how his partner reacts and moves, how they move together (and vice versa gender wise). It's a learning experience in itself, and of course, one is preparing for the moment when that wonderful dancer might throw his cabeceo your way (aka' there's always hope").
I mention this because when it /does/ happen that you finally dance with someone whose dancing you've admired, and the dance is good... well there's nothing like it. You feel like your night is made and if you pack up and go home with no other dances...the night was more than worth it.
