Nora Received her Master of Dance degree at the National School of Dance in Buenos Aires. Upon graduation in 1973, she joined the Argentina Folk Ballet and was invited to be a dance partner of company's Artistic Director, Raul Dinzelbacher from whom she learned Tango and later married. Nora teaches extensively at universities, colleges and Tango associations throughout the United States, Europe &Japan. She is the co-founder of the Bay Area Tango. In 1998, following the termination of Stanford University's Tango Week, Nora teamed up with Bob Moretti as business partners and launched their first Nora's Tango Week. After co-founding Nora's Tango Week — and five years of production — Bob retired from Nora's Tango Week, but remains a Senior Consultant to Nora. In 2004, Nora presented the seventh annual Nora's Tango Week in Emeryville, California.
