I found out some things out about the nice clips from youtube with Pepe Libertella and Gisele and Gaspar: Its all from a German-Argentinian Documentary Film called "12 Tangos - Adios Buenos Aires", directed by Arne Birkenstock. The film has been running very successfully in Germany and Japan but has not been distributed anywhere else in the world. As it seems the director now sells the movie directly via its website
