Saya mohon pencerahan dari rekan rekan semuanya.
Saya menggunakan Slackware 8.1. dan saya gagal dalam instalasi Squid. berikut ini
report nya.

katanya karena gcc. dan saya mencoba update gcc yang dari 2.9 menjadi gcc 3.3.31.
Namun install itupun gagal.
berikut ini list kesalahannya.

Created "Makefile" in /root/gcc-3.3.3 using "mt-frag"
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-slackware-linux/3.1/../../../../i386-slackware-linux/bin/ld:
cannot open crt1.o: No such file or directory
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
