Iya mas, saya juga mengalami hal yang sama. Hal ini terjadi ketika saya compile ulang php saya, ternyata ketika login ke suirrelmail muncul error : Error opening ../data/default_pref Default preference file not found or not readable! Please contact your system administrator and report this error.
Ketika saya cek /data/default_pref, ternyata filenya ada, isinya spt ini : full_name= reply_to= show_html_default=0 sort=0 ketika saya cek permission ownernya apache, group apache masing2x read-write-execute cmn others read-execute saja Kira2x kenapa yah pak ??
