saya sudah coba menjalankan ntlmaps, tapi tidak terjadi apa2.

Ya memang nggak akan terjadi apa2 kalau tidak dikonfigur sebelumnya :D
File server.cfgnya sudah diedit belum? Sesuaikan dengan konfigurasi
proxynya.
Karena fungsi ntlmaps ini sebagai proxy. maka environment proxy kita
harus diset utk mengarah ke port 5865:
export http_proxy=http://localhost:5865
baru jalankan yum -y update.
