saya sudah ./configure dan sudah melukan chmod , tapi ada message seperti
ini :
bash-3.00# chmod 0700 /usr
chmod: WARNING: can't change /usr
untuk copy ke dir lain, menurut saya sepertinya agak riskan karena /usr
adalah file system ....
ada usul lain mas.. terima kasih atas inputnya...

yang erornya `mkdir: "/usr/local/include/libxml2/libxml": Read-only
file system` itu mungkin karena file sistemnya readonly, coba dikopi
ke direktori lain atau di chmod biar bisa readwrite, atau dua-duanya
:). Seperti kata Mas Andri Rahmansyah, sudah di ./configure belum?
