kelihatannya php module untuk apache harus dibuild dengan GNU linker
bukan solaris linker.
coba /usr/ucb/ld direname dulu, terus /usr/sfw/bin/gld dibuat softlink
ke /usr/bin/ld.
kalau tidak bisa juga coba install binutils dari blastwave.org.
kalau masih ada pertanyaan soal solaris, ditanyakan saja ke milis
