pakai openfire aja mas, dokumennya yg di include juga lengkap termasuk
cara install nya (openfire/documentation), yg diperlukan cuma Java 1.5
dan MySQL. untuk user nya bisa pake PSI atau Pandion (win* client) dan
GAIM atau GAJIM (linux client).
