Kalau eksekusi perintah di atas berhasil, lakukan ping ke ip di
bawah
ping 202.3.208.10
ping 202.3.210.10
ping 202.3.215.84
Ip di atas berturut2 adalah ip dns ns1/2/3.telkomsel.com
Apakah semua ping berhasil ?
==> satu pun tidak berhasil dengan pesan:

- Jika ping ke salah satu ip berhasil, lakukan perintah ini untuk
request
ke dns telkomsel:
host www.kompas.co.id 202.3.208.10
Asumsi bisa ping ke 202.3.208.10
Jika perintah di atas berhasil masukkan ip dns telkomsel ke
/etc/resolv.conf
echo 202.3.208.10 >> /etc/resolv.conf
==> karena tidak berhasil, saya tidak lanjutkan ke sini.
Sekalian anda tampilkan /var/log/messages (semoga ini distro
redhat/slackware/debian) ke sini:
grep ppp /var/log/messages| tail -n 20
==> saya make mandriva spring, bisa juga kah?
Kalau beruntung ada informasi ip dns server di situ dan ip tsb bisa
dimasukkan ke /etc/resolv.conf
==> sayang belum beruntung:( tapi di /etc/resolv.conf dah ada 2 dari 3
dns di atas.
