e.g. Assumed that new port number is 78
su -c 'cp /etc/httpd/httpd.conf /etc/httpd/httpd.conf_backup'
su -c 'gedit /etc/httpd/httpd.conf'
* Find this line
Listen 80
* Replace with the following line
Listen 78
* Save the edited file
/etc/init.d/httpd restart
* http://localhost:78
