In my project I have some problem with the latest subversion/subclipse, too!
I couldn't identify the cause but when I delete/move packages (sometimes
during other operations as well), subclipse often throws an exception
(relating to locks and working copy, and the message says that "it is
probably a bug").
After such an exception the only way I can fix the project is delete and
check out everything again :\
(I installed the JavaSVN library extension
(http://tmate.org/svn/subclipse.html), and now it seems to be OK (at least
for the last 15 minutes :))
