Something is flakey either with the CVS repository, or with my workspace. I've been having wierd check-in problems for the last day or so. I'm going to re-create my workspace to see if that helps.
For example, my copy of the TapestryUtils.java was 1.8 with no local changes but the latest version in CVS was 1.7!
