Add Translator parameter to InsertText component

This will enable the component to output values the way the TextField does, not
requiring additional code to make the conversion.
I am using some custom translator for some values, which I need later on to
display as Text. Currently I have to write my own method to output them using
the same translator the TextField uses. This is obsolete and could easily be
done by adding... (see subject)
