This is a known (at least to me) issue with the upload test failing in unix
platforms. The test compares the uploaded data in a platform specific way
- not taking into account the different line separators.
I've patched this in my local machine since tap4beta2 or 3. If i remember
correctly, there is (or was) a JIRA issue on this.

I could send the patch tomorrow if anyone is interested in commiting it.
