Heh. 4.0.2 went out, but the jakarta site and maven pom's weren't updated.
(will probably just copy and paste existing poms + edits for 4.0.2).

It's what I would call a "stalled" release. Ie will fix it tomorrow night
when I get back home. (unless someone wants to fix above mentioned items
before I get back)
