I still find that when assets are not externalized (i.e., served up via a
Tapestry service), about 1 in 10 don't happen.  I've never got around to
diagnosing it and keep hoping it will just go away in a newer version of
Jetty.  I'm still seeing this in JBoss 3.0.0.
