It looks like the documentation for Tapestry is marked-up in DocBook.
And that there is a BUILD and XSL to transform it to HTML.
Where is the documentation source, is it open source, where can it be
downloaded from ?
It does not appear to be included Tapestry download from SourceForge.
It not so much interested in the context but in the syntax of DocBook.
