Here's one for JBoss that I'm using: http://www.genuitec.com/products_easie.htm Genuitec has plugins also for Weblogic, JBoss, WebSphere and Orio /Oracle. I'm using JBoss + Jetty for development and testing. I've found that for some reason the virtual machine seems to be bit more unstable when using the plugin. That's not really a problem since I mainly use normal JBoss setup for development and just deploy ear from Eclipse. JBoss deploy is very easy and it's also bit faster since vm isn't running in debug-mode. If I need to do debugging then I'll take a chance with the Eclipse plugin :).
