Default location for application is ok (spindle-wise), just don't put it in
the default package.

things get screwey in Eclipse/Spindle where the default is concerned.

I had to write custom code to find spindle files there and even then it
doesn't always work.

JDT gets confused about the default package if you have more than one src
folder in your project.
Mostly it works, but sometimes it gets lost.
