Hi,
 
I'm curious about this too.  I remember a post from a while back mentioning
that you can set startup parameter that would load the templates for every
request.  
 
I'm using tomcat, so I would guess that adding this parameter to the
CATALINA_OPTS entry would be the right place for this.
 
Could someone fill me in on what to pass?
