But I still think that Hibernate MDA cartridge is very useful as a Tapestry promotion tool for a different crowd (UML lovers, managerial types and alike ), kind of WOW factor from demonstrating 'executable' UML.
Right now there is BPM4Struts package and BPM4Tapestry would not harm :)
