No, they do not.
They would, if classes and interfaces were colored differently.
Instead they provide you with the ability to quickly go to the source code of the type and see whether it is an interface or a class. You have to undertake an action -- it is fast, but it is still a distraction.


Also, I do not think that "most IDEs do that" is a good enough justification when there an alternative. I do occasionally write code without an IDE for example.
