spindle install error

I have try to install the last Spindle time after time, the Eclipse tells  
me an error occurs when install it.
I use the update url: http://spindle.sourceforge.net/unstable

the Eclipse version: 3.01, builder version: 200409161125
BTW, how to update Eclipse on the fly?
