Although I couldn't get it to build, the Workbench project in the examples directory of the Tapestry 4.0 distribution seems to tie things together pretty well. Considering I knew next to nothing about Hivemind initially, and have since converted one webapp over using the new friendly URLs and validator system, I'd say the example is a good basis. Of course, I'm sure there's plenty more that Hivemind can do than I've picked up over the weekend, but it was a good start for me.
