But does it run ok when you run the app in Jetty, without using
JettyLauncher ?

No, it's not, it's my fresh installation... I think it is JettyLauncher
related (see "JettyLauncher + Tapestry 4 ?" thread). It works okay in
Tomcat, it fails under JettyLauncher.
