Talking of stability, Tapestry is *very* stable. I have not
encountered a single bug with tapestry 3. I think there are more than
1000 test cases used inside tapestry. It is high quality code.
I can't say anything about Cocoon but I don't think stability is
really an issue. You should rather look which one is a best fit for
your requirements.
